When I do my listening go throughs (early 83 right now), I alway check what has happened since the last version I got of a show . It is always a joy to hear a a once murky sounding show clear the phlegm out of its lungs and breathe .

Looks like a trove of early 80's recordings from a new source have appeared. I really like the sound of these Hecht recordings. They sound open and spacious. I just listened to his 12/30/82 recording and I really like it. Hope more pop up.
